What hardware brands do you install?

Logitech (Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini — RightSight AI auto-framing), Poly (Studio X30, X50 — built-in compute, no PC needed), Neat (Bar, Bar Pro — environmental sensors), and Yealink. All certified for Zoom, Teams, and Meet.

Do you set up the calendar and IT side?

Yes — we create room resources in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, link calendars, and configure room booking policies. If you have an IT person who handles this, the price is lower.

What platforms do you support?

Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet, and Cisco Webex. Most modern hardware is certified for all major platforms — you pick the one your company uses.

Do you install the display too?

Yes — a commercial-grade display (55-65" for huddle rooms, 65-75" for conference rooms) is included. We mount it, run cables, and connect everything.

What about ongoing support?

We offer service contracts — basic (phone/email, next-business-day dispatch), enhanced (remote monitoring + 2 maintenance visits/year), and premium (24/7 monitoring + 4 visits/year).

Can you set up multiple rooms?
