What is a brush plate and how does it work?

A brush plate is a small wall plate with soft bristles that lets cables pass through the wall while keeping the opening hidden. We install one behind the TV and one near the floor so the One Connect cable runs inside the wall, completely out of sight.

What's the difference between this and the in-wall-box option?

Brush plates ($299, this service) are the least invasive option — two small wall plates let the One Connect cable pass through the wall. Quick, affordable, and easy to remove. The in-wall box option ($800) cuts a larger opening and recesses the entire One Connect box plus power inside the wall — fully concealed but more destructive. Choose brush plates if you have a TV stand or media console where the One Connect box can sit below. Book online and describe your setup — we'll recommend the right approach.

Does this include a power outlet behind the TV?

No — this service covers the brush plate installation and One Connect cable pass-through only. Your power cord will still run visibly from the TV down to the nearest wall outlet. If you want the power cord hidden too, you can add a recessed power outlet behind the TV as an add-on — ask about it when you book online. The Samsung Frame TV Pro only requires a power cable, so this upgrade gives you a truly wireless look.

Where does the One Connect box go?

The One Connect box sits at the bottom of the wall, usually behind your TV stand, media console, or furniture. We install a brush plate at floor level so the cable exits the wall right where the box lives — completely hidden from view.

Can I connect a gaming console or cable box through this setup?

Yes. All your devices plug into the One Connect box at the bottom — gaming consoles, streaming sticks, cable boxes, soundbars. Only the single One Invisible Connection cable runs up through the wall to the TV, so you can add or swap devices anytime without touching the wall.

How much does this service cost?

The One Connect cable in-wall service starts at $299. This includes the brush plate installation and cable pass-through. Your Samsung Frame TV mounting is included. Book online to get started.

Can this be done on any wall type?

Brush plate installation works on standard drywall walls. For brick, concrete, or plaster walls, in-wall cable routing isn't possible — we'd position the One Connect box behind furniture and use a paintable cable cover to keep things tidy instead.

Can I add a soundbar or LED lights?

Yes — add soundbar mounting ($69) for better audio or LED backlighting ($49) for ambient lighting behind your Frame TV. Both are installed in the same visit. The soundbar mounts below the TV on its own bracket and won't affect the flush look. LED strips do add a small amount of depth behind the TV.

What Samsung TVs does this work with?

This service works with any Samsung TV that has a One Connect box — including the Samsung Frame TV and Samsung Frame TV Pro. It also works with the LG G4 series, which has a similar external connection box. The cable is what gets routed through the wall. If your TV doesn't have an external connection box, check our TV mounting services instead.

Will adding a soundbar push the Frame TV out from the wall?

No — the soundbar mounts below the TV on its own separate bracket. It doesn't touch or interfere with the Frame TV's flush mount at all. Your Frame TV stays flat against the wall exactly as intended.
